In the case of a contract we collect the data electronically for administrative purposes (e.g. billing) and in paper form for written contracts.
How will we use you data
We will use the data to provide the users the service of matching project owners with investors.
We will use the data to make statistical analysis of the projects and the investor’s behavior on the ENVESTGY web-site.
In the case of a contract, we will use the data to create a legally binding contract and in the case of a transaction to create an invoice.

Data is stored electronically in the database of the ENVESTGY website. The security is handled by the hosting company.
